Expected behavior

ULX need to unban when timer runsout

Actual behavior

Dosen't unban

Error(s) in server console, if any

uniqueid "STEAM_0:0:425895348" not found
Writing cfg/banned_user.cfg.

after the time run out:
Warmarcus (STEAM_0:0:425895348)<80.208.69.165:5376> was kicked by ULib because they are on the ban list

Error(s) in player's console, if any
