Hello,

I have an old LG Optimus L5 that my dad uses, and he can't use it anymore because of the apps being bugged for older versions.

He mainly uses the phone for calls and SMS, his keyboard keeps crashing and I don't know why.

Do you think I can use this version?

honestly i don't remember working state at all but should be stable at least for basic use, you might run into repo missing or some other problems though. alternately as long bootloader unlock is possible you can always install builds i have released on xda, they are pretty much stable. just remember released builds are very outdated when it comes to security.

I have found an image that sent me here, but it said that the RIL is not working, It's pretty hard to find posts for this phone.

as long your network still support 3g you should be fine with this. just don't flash recovery or anything without unlocking bootloader.
