[Bug]: Panzer armor boots attachments not working

Description

The flippers addons for the panzer armor do not make you faster.
The snow rackets still makes the game crash when walking in snow layers.
(Also sorry for making a new post but I couldn't find any older issues report on this)

Reproduction

Put Flippers on panzer armor boots -> walk in water -> no speed differences

Put Snow rackets on panzer amor boots -> walk on snow layer -> crash

Expected Behaviour

Both -> faster movement speed
