ForeverForm not resizable

Bug explanation

Hi,

the ForeverForm is not resizable.
The "Sizable" Flag is set to True, and the Main Form has Borderstyle None.
If you try to resize it, it flashes White and Grey, but stays the same size.

Same for me, and in my case it's just not able to enlarge but reduce size is work. I've no idea which limit the mouse move, I guess just remove the limit it can be work.
