/hreview doesn't work / support for offline guests.

Hey.

When theres a open review by a guest and that guest is offline, options such as "-f" and "-h" should work but they don't. Well this might be intentional, but in that case: adding support for offline players would be awesome. Also: when trying to review a offline player, it throws an internal error.

Running the latest VG. Unsure of the error, it was on TVB.
