Suggestions: waypoints

A couple of suggestions:

1. I have looked through the source code and can't seem to find a method for deleting a defined waypoint. This should be implemented to save space for larger simulations where a vast number of named waypoints are created on-demand.

2. When adding a latitude/longitude defined waypoint to the FMS route for an aircraft, it should be possible to define a name for that instance of the waypoint.

Good suggestions! We will implement the option to delete defined waypoints.
P.S. Regarding the second part, you probably noticed, but they do currently get a default name, which can be used for all waypoint-in-route commands, not as general location (yet). And unlike the defined waypoints, they can be deleted of course.
