Instead of running the CI Actions in the GitHub public windows machines, check if it is possible to prepare our server (and have control of the software dependencies) and run there the TESTAR gradle CI tasks.

This is because sometimes the chromedriver session connection fails, and we don't have control of debugging or updating the versioning of chromedriver.
