Dependencies

Goal

Update footer to match Core but use Texascale specifics (if any).

Requirements

  1. Footer should be built with footer plugins from Core.
  2. Footer styles specific to Texascale should be defined in this repo.

Background

  1. Hedda implemented new footer design (private chat).
  2. Matt designed a Core footer (via Frontera Re-Design).
