Hi @sysyboom, great that you're using RAVEN:

  1. You're absolutely right that various gene associations should also include 'and'. Unfortunately, KEGG does not provide this. KEGG is built so that genes are assigned to KOs (KEGG ontologies), and these KOs are then assigned to reactions. From this we cannot know what is an essential subunit or what is an isoenzyme. Now I just noticed that KEGG has something called "Modules" as wel, which could maybe be explored, but this will not be straightforward to simply include. So while it is not possible now to define "and" from KEGG, this might be possible in the future.
