Retrieves a list of journal entries created and owned by a user

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| limit | The number of journals that will be returned |
| offset | Number of records to skip before starting the response |
| preview | Boolean value that indicates if a substring of the journal content should be returned with results |
- All journals are returned ordered date created in descending order
- The 'limit' paramater's default is 10 and the 'offset' paramater's default is 0
On Success: HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Nothing To Return: HTTP/1.1 204 No Content
Failed Authentication: HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
