Implementing an Superalgos intern or if not possible because of privatsphere easy bug report tool for end Users

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For now if there is a bug or feature request the person needs to get out of Superalgos and either write into one of many Superalgos Telegram groups (for beginners and end/mobile-app users this is a big and confusing process) or open an issue(therefor needed github knowledge...) If the mobile app gets deployed this isnt a good solution anymore as more and more users join and almost exclusively non tech users use it.

An Superlagos intern bug report and/or feature request tool, that is easy to use and doesnt take technical or many steps.

Describe alternatives you've considered
App intern button/Form, maybe linked with a issue formular or feature request from github. It shall be as easy as possible to use but also secure. If it would be to insecure building an feature like this inside superalgos, building an extern one could be a solution.At least possibility and email adress, or form that can be attached to email or telegramm channel just for posting things like this.

To have an external site we have Github. Just need to create an issue and there's a description of what to write. No special knowledge is needed. Further, users can also use the forum (forum.superalgos.org) to check for issues or support.

Making this report tool in the application and too easy to send questions or features will just create an enormous amount of issues that developers need to triage.
