Can't log in to html

I have a rack32 controller which is version 1.0.0 and can not get on to its web page.
I have tried uploading the new version from the arduino ide but I can not find the board "Rack32".

early versions of rack32 weren't shipped with any preloaded firmware hence not being able to connect to any HTML page.

to load firmware via arduino IDE select in boards manager - ESP32 arduino - ESP32 Wrover Module

new rack32 boards have started to ship with pre-loaded firmware, but even these no longer have embedded HTML but instead use an extra downloadable HTML website that you can run locally
