What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Activate the chromevox options dialog using Chromevox+o, o.
2. Pull down the voices popup.
3. Select a voice different to the default one or the non-english Google TTS
ones.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
ChromeVox is supposed to switch voices and use the selected one. Instead, if
the voice is of a language different to English, the screenreader starts using
the system's default voice. ChromeVox doesn't read the Combobox items, either.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using the latest available version of CHromeVox under Mac OS X 10.9
Maverix.

Please provide any additional information below.
Somehow my ChromeVox started with the Zarvox voice selected, which wasn't the
default voice.
