Looks to be AVFoundation or AudioToolbox related, filed a Feedback Assistant

It looks gross, but it might be possible to change loading behaviour and try to skip over ID3 chunks at the beginning: https://www.codeproject.com/Articles/875105/Audio-streaming-and-caching-in-iOS-using
