Error reading data from OOP CodeIntel:[WinError 109] The pipe has been ended

When I installed the CodeIntel by pip and then sublimeCodeIntel from github, I configure the user setting like this:
, then I restarted the sublime text 3, however, there were no auto-completions but the continuous errors:

Error reading data from  OOP CodeIntel:[WinError 109] The pipe has been ended.

, and the file codeintel.log in ~/.codeintelshows the following text:

ERROR:codeintel.oop:stat: path should be string, bytes, os.PathLike or integer, not NoneType (c:\miniconda\lib\genericpath.py:30 in isfile)

If anyone can help me, I will be grateful.
