The designers of the HVAC systems know how a system is supposed to perform. If they can add thresholds, it is easier for monitoring system suppliers to log (expected) errors.

Monitoring systems suppliers generally have comprehensive systems in place to offer asset management & troubleshooting to building companies which are tailored to their very specific setups.

Is it the intention that Stroomversnelling will try to standardize all this? It sounds like a daunting task.

In general, Stroomversnelling wants to standardize as little as necessary for a well operating monitoring market. So, we would look at issues on a case by case basis at this point in time.

This specific issue is something that has been identified as a wish/need, but so far has not been prioritized.
