Figure 2: 2-4 time series plots of Model w/ vax intervention (different p,vf,vt,sigma parameter)
Figure 3: 2-4 plots (heatmaps)
- output: totals end time population
- Parameters:
  - % efficacy (sigma)
  - number times per year (vf)
  - number of years (vt)
  - % of devils who eat the vaccine (p)
publish Parameter sweep ".job", add "open" link to this file on the README.md
