Add ability to mock the full Snowflake cursor

Right now, asbestos only mocks the DictCursor return method of the larger snowflake cursor because that matches the usual use case for most of the work here at SpotOn. A new project requires access to the main cursor object, so there should be a way to mock it -- even if it's a limited API.
