The models you mention are part of CIDER, which is a device-level simulation framework within ngSpice. While it is on my wishlist to have device-level simulations as a separate package, it is also a lot of work, so it may not be implemented for quite a while.

Also note that there are still other models that aren't implemented yet that are usually part of Spice. For example:

• BSIMSOI
• MESFET
• SOI3
• HiSIM
• VDMOS
• EKV
  and probably more if you consider other commercial Spice simulators.
