Black bar detection needs a post delay parameter to hold the recognized detection if the pictures was going darker.

Sometimes black bar detection makes a break if the TV contents was going a little darker. But the blackbars are the same.So EL means there is a new blackbar incoming, but this is not right.
So we should a post blackbar detection (10sec.) program.
