Describe the solution you'd like
Create equivalent to Tactic Team version 4.5 but with all latest updates. So any CG/VFX artist can install and start testing/using TACTIC without any technical investigation,

Are you still using Python 2? I have recently been working with Python3 / PySide2. It's quite different.

No i made it to work with python3 / PySide2
I am preparing single portable archive with tactic4.8 + python3 with all modules

That's great. The part that was always annoying was the installer. Do you know a good installer for Windows?

Actually not. I used "NSIS" once, it was pretty easy

Here is testing version.
Just unpack and run TACTIC-Server.bat
tactic_team48.zip

I also added silent version which is lies in system tray: TACTIC-Server_Silent.bat
And Tactic-Handler for those who interested: TACTIC-Handler.bat
