Practitioner ID # Field

A field for the person generating the invoice to allow for a Practitioner ID (eg. Social Worker ID, Psychological College ID, etc)

Describe the solution you'd like
An additional field to be able to add these at the bottom of the invoice showing a practitioner ID

Describe alternatives you've considered
Adding it to the end of the person sending the invoice but what if there's more ID #'s to add?
