功能描述

添加修改标注功能中放大镜放大倍数同时放大显示区域大小不变的功能

现在调整放大倍数会使得放大显示区域等比例放大，
建议参考 iOS 一款标注功能 App：Piiico，既可以调整放大区域的大小，又能单独调节放大倍数。如图：
