Steps to reproduce

1. admin->browse packages
2. select "Install Mod"
3. see "Installations actions"
4. select "Install Now"
5. see blank page
6. select browser back button
7. see "Installations actions"
8. select "Install Now"
9. see smf message
   Extracting
   The package was installed successfully. You should now be able to use whatever functionality it adds or changes; or not be able to use functionality it removes.

Expected result

Mod installs successfully

Mod installs successfully eventually
