While adding the P2-P1 ustruct block compression test from svFSIplus-Tests, I noticed that Taylor-Hood basis is currently available only for some mesh elements. I think this feature would be actually important, especially for future stabilized cardiac mechanics simulations.

@MatteoSalvador I believe @mrp089 might could use this to stabilize his simulations.

It would be nice but not required to change the error-prone index-based implementation.

My current problem is within the equilibrated constrained mixture theory (eventually added as #2). I only have displacement degrees of freedom, so I don't think Taylor-Hood elements are applicable here (with different shape functions for pressure and velocity).

Update: I think I have to include a pressure DOF for the equilibrated G&R model after all (in addition to the displacements). So the Taylor-Hood basis might be useful for me as well!
