Describe the bug
Upon entering the search tab, the site displays a message "There were no results found" even when the user has not typed nor searched anything.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Search' tab
2. Already see the message of "There were no results found"

Expected behavior
The expected should display a different initialization message and only display the aforementioned message when a user searches up a piece of sheet music and the site is unable to obtain that.
