Describe the bug

本地创建应用模版：start_application
在本地执行 s init test_project --uri ./start_application
显示创建成功，但是生成的 test_project 目录中为空，且原来的应用模版目录也被删除

目前看确实是个bug，会尽快修复。如果很影响使用的话可以先npm i @serverless-devs/s@V2 -g回退到2.0版本。

能否发一份应用模版看看呢？目前初步判断是缺少应用开发指南中的所需文件导致的。
