Write Documentation

There is actually a short documentation written for the old LISA Engine. As everything has changed, it should be great to update the documentation and to make it translatable on transifex.

Hi Seraf,
I think this is a really cool project, but I noticed that there is some missing documentation pieces, so I decided to start off with this by writing something in the empty sections to the best of my knowledge. I would also be willing to write the "About the Author" section if you wanted to direct me somewhere I might find some information on you. I hope that my work is up to standards!

Thanks for your interest.
Lot of things have changed since my last commit on this repository.
Now the project has moved to a github organization : https://github.com/project-lisa
I suggest you to join the chat : https://gitter.im/project-lisa/lisa (and read the history maybe).

The goal is to re-write everything from scratch but something modular. I started to write an API with plugins using flask and stevedore : https://github.com/project-lisa/lisa-api/tree/develop
Actually I'm not needing documentation but some code to release something that just work.

I will be happy to chat with you, I'm not available this evening but will be available next days if you want to join the project, welcome aboard :)
