I decided the best way forward is three tutorials: getting data into FM, working with forecasts & schedules and finally building custom UIs.
We might miss something about creating structural data (user, assets) through the API, but I'm not sure that is really what people need.
Of course, these tutorials need to grow with our development (e.g. EA addresses, new ways to actuate on data), but I believe these tutorials are a good fit for where we think people want to go with FlexMeasures.
