Proposal man pages

To make the live easier, it would be helpful to have am man command, which works like this:

man [<command>] displays help for a command, like eel 

e.g. man eel will display usage of the eel command

A possible way to solve this, would be adding a new EelCommand::getCommandMan() which is displayed, when man eel ist called.

Alternatively the existing  help command can be used instead of a new man comman

I would probably go with help eel like in flow help ....
