Create data frame for ML from metadata & shared files

I am unsure of what is in the version of the mikropml, but the last version i had seen had a script that took you metadata and shared file and prepped it for the ML pipeline, is this still a part of the package or do you think it should be done externally in this package?

That's no longer part of mikropml because it's intended to be a general package for any type of data, not just microbiome. I think having that function in this package makes sense since it is a task specific to microbiome research.
