Flashing with another FTDI FT232RL board

I own this little FTDI FT232RL-based board:

It features only 5V, RT, TX and GND pins.

Based on your photos and the UartSBee v5 PCB schematic, it seems you are using the following connections:

UartSBee pins	Aqara Opple pins	Your jump wire color
TXO	TXO (11)	Brown
RXO	RXO (12)	Yellow
GND	ISP (8)	Orange
3V3	VDDE (20)	Purple
RESET	RSTN (27)	White
GND	VSS (30)	Gray

Do you think I can wire my FT232RL board to an Aqara Opple as described below and flash it?

Could you please also tell me which data sheet correspond the written numbers on the JTAG pinout picture?
