Describtion && To Reproduce

without an internet connection:
sign out -> "Set Up Secure Backup" -> crash

Expected behavior
No internet dependency

Apparently it crashed because it could not connect to your homeserver. There have been some upstream fixes for related issues in 1.6.5 according to the changelog, maybe it's fixed by now
