Add Gold option to Table View

Describe the solution you'd like
To add Gold as a choice for currencies to display in the Table View.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I don't really want to install a whole other addon just to see gold across all my characters. I really like how SavedInstances manages the display of currencies across characters.

Gold is already tracked. Mouse-over the "SavedInstances" header in the very top left of the pop-out window to see account-wide stats. Mouse-over each character name to see character-specific stats
