🐛 BUG - GitHub Actions sometimes run forever

Describe the Bug

The build seems to get stuck! and the Gatsby build step seems to go on forever

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run a GitHub Action
2. (Sometimes) it gets stuck Gatsby build

Expected Behavior

Builds in a relatively quick time 😎

Tasks

• Investigate
• Fix or make an issue on the Gatsby repo

Update:

Now we've added a 60-minute timeout to the build, so the task won't run for 6 hours (as default) before failling
