♻️🚀 Meta - get rid of duplicate meta descriptions

According to SEMrush, there are 3370 rules with duplicate meta descriptions (pretty much all of them).

This isn't great as it cannibalises our keywords.

As per my corridor conversation with @wicksipedia, we should add a new "metadata" field to a rule. For the meta Description. Then running ai over to find good descriptions for them
