Add support for strain Green's functions

Since we have point force source implemented, all we have to do is to add support for strain seismograms. We can add a logical variable "SAVE_SEISMOGRAMS_STRAIN = .true." in the Par_file. For the first step, we can ignore strain smoothing.

Yes, good idea. Please remember to add this to all the Par_files of the EXAMPLES (see the scripts we use to do that). thanks Dimitri
