How to export the high-resolution mesh graphics in Cubit

Hi there,
I think the CUBIT manual has all explained- https://www.sandia.gov/files/cubit/15.8/help_manual/WebHelp/finite_element_model/export/exporting_finite_element_model.htm

I used CUBIT sometime before, they seem to have quite detailed instructions there.
