please add this ppa

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-pi-flavour-makers/ppa
sudo apt-get update

to avoid dependencies errors when building retropie on ubuntu armhf / aarch64

The repository doesn't exist anymore. Ubuntu for a RPI installation is still not supported by RetroPie, RaspiOS is the only one supported.
