Controller Sometimes "Initializes" to 0% on Boot/Wake #2427

Having an issue where sometimes the Control that runs my case fans will get set to 0%. This happens sometimes on boot and also on wake from sleep. Toggling the Control off then on again gets things working again as expected.
The Curve behind the Control is a Mix (Max function) type, which reports 30% minimum. The Control is set to Minimum 30%, and Start% 30%. Not seeing any errors in the error log. Board is an MSI Z690-A Pro, and is set to a flat 50% PWM in the BIOS. Running MSI Afterburner for the GPU, no MSI Center or the like for board control. In this latest scenario I had the startup delay set to 15sec, but I have seen this occur with startup delay as long as 30sec.
Any ideas what could cause this or things to look into further? Currently on v186. Thank you.
