  • Weather particles freeze while you're fishing or Headbutting, and appear over the "Not even a nibble!" or "Nope. Nothing..." textboxes

  • Using Headbutt makes the player disappear

  • Parts of some sprites can disappear in some unclear circumstances

This may also be related to issues with some scripts that manipulate sprites

  • Weather particles cover up textboxes besides the standard bottom-screen one

  • Evening weather should be darker with less contrast

  • Make the raindrops-in-water tile anims faster, and remove their actual raindrops, just the splash marks

  • Weather particles stay visible during transition from overworld to battle

  • Crossing from one map to another with the same weather makes the weather stop and restart

  • Using Headbutt or fishing replaces the weather particle graphics with the tree/rod ones

  • Exit the Hidden Power house and walk away; the nearby item balls get stuck on-screen

The following items should be done:

  • Weather particles freeze while you're fishing or Headbutting, and appear over the "Not even a nibble!" or "Nope. Nothing..." textboxes

  • Using Headbutt makes the player disappear

  • Parts of some sprites can disappear in some unclear circumstances

  • Weather particles cover up textboxes besides the standard bottom-screen one

  • Evening weather should be darker with less contrast

These, I would like your assistance on.

  • Make the raindrops-in-water tile anims faster, and remove their actual raindrops, just the splash marks

I'm not as familiar with the animated bg stuff... I could probably figure it out.. but I'm pretty sure it be much easier for you to adjust it to your liking since your are more familiar with it and what you want.
