failed to run uhd_find_device in ubuntu

I think I have succeed to build and install UHD and =GNU Radio. I can succeeded in running the instruction (uhd_find_device --args="addr=192.168.10.2") but failed with the instruction (uhd_find_device). I tried to disable my firewall and change the settings in the Radio-Companion, but it still did not work out.
Is there any other suggestions for me? thanks.

hi i have the same problem i use the fairwaves UmTRX 2.1 with a Ubuntu 16.04 system. I was able to install the UHD module but I can not execute the uhd_find_devices command. Any help will be welcome.
