new user of RBM here. Need advise on OC profile and Qubic mining

hi guys
I am quite new to RBM
I have some questions and hope someone can help me out

some base info on most of my build
all my RBM is based on Linux build and running off intel CPU
I have AMD and Nvidia GPU but I am moving my Nvidia GPU over first.
Currently using Nicehash and HiveOS as well.

1)about OCProfile and OC

*Do MemoryClockBoost and CoreClockBoost refer to or are the same as Memory Clock Offset and Core Clock Offset?
*Can the PowerLimit can only be used in percentage[%]?
*For "set one default profile for each GPU group" does this mean that the OC profile will use all the same type of GPU regardless of the marker type (eg Zotac MSI etc) / VRAM type
the reason I asking about this is due to RTX3060ti have 2 time of VRAM ( DDR6 and DDR6X )
*For "assign profiles to miner-device-algorithms", this is purely for that device only right?

2)I have tried to set a Lock Core Clock but it doesn't seem to take effect on it.
I even try to restart RBM also.
the Lock Core clock is set via both the web console and the JSON part but nothing is working.
I try the power limit and I can see it's working.
Possible to give any advice as to where I should check?

3)is Qubic mining supported in RBM? I am still working out to see if this is possible but there is a quick answer to this it will be great

4)is there a discord or telegram channel?
I try search on the RBM site and google around but cant see to find it.

i was pondering and thinking if it was possible but first thing is move my regular mining rig over to RBM first then start to tinker about it.
