Question create ellipsoid gate with width and height of Gate

Hi,
I have an ellipsoid gate defined by height and width and position.
Unfortunately, I don't have the corresponding XML file only this information.
I want to reproduce this Gate with ellipsoidGate or a related function.
Does somebody have an Idea how I can calculate the information for the covariance Matrix to create an ellipsoidGate?
