how could i run "git clone" and "composer install" command on local machine #394

I want "git clone" and "composer install" command in the machine as same as the deployer, or add command to run on the local machine

I realized the "git clone" process in on local, ignore this, now I want "composer install" run on local and skip this command on remote machine
