Collaborate with PHUSE to update ADRG tempalte

If we could build connection with PHUSE for the potential of update ADRG template to make it

• language agnostic
• add instruction of using R as in our pilot 1

When I go through the WGs in PHUSE there doesn't seem to be one that is currently working with the ADRG (except for integrated analysis data).
