Not sure if we have something doing this for us - but might be nice to have set up to run at the end of updates.

The tidyverse waldo seems appropriate for a comparison program to address this issue. thx.

Hi @kaz462, @laxamanaj, @bms63, @SHAESEN2 - everyone okay if we use tidyverse waldo for the pilot1/pilot3 output comparison program? thx.

I think we can use git diff to try and compare programs somehow. Will explore in future and close this for now.
