Note any additional details or comments I am most interested in how Census data can be applied to maps, especially ZIP codes since that is what most users request, not knowing (or caring) about the difference between USPS ZIP Codes and Census ZCTAs. Then, whatever processes, syntax, etc. are developed, how can the final products be used as templates for USDA, EPA, Labor, DOE, etc. Invite interested individuals from these federal agencies into all discussions.
