in ubuntu 22.10 & xubuntu & kali:
with core "v2ray-linux-64.zip" v4.31.0

2023/01/21 23:46:32 [Info] [7605383] v2ray.com/core/app/proxyman/outbound: failed to process outbound traffic > v2ray.com/core/proxy/vmess/outbound: connection ends > v2ray.com/core/proxy/vmess/outbound: failed to read header > v2ray.com/core/proxy/vmess/encoding: Unable to Read Header Len > EOF

with same vmess key mobile phone and windows11 with same setting connected.
