Summary

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
The flatpak version of the app does not change any system proxy settings. AppImage version works fine. I think there are some issues with flatpak sandbox...

Expected behavior

Flatpak version should change proxy settings. and connect my web browser to free internet.

How to Reproduce

just install flatpak version on arch linux and test a vmess...

Os: Arch Linux
DE: GNOME
Kernel: 5.15.74 LTS
